Take a deep breath and add a pat of butter.  Nothing can go wrong.  Unless you get distracted my a wiggly toddler and let the butter burn in the pan.  It’s okay, though.  Wipe it out and start again.

As a busy mother of three small children, it is important for me to prepare nourishing, fast meals for my family.  A lot of the recipes can be prepared ahead of time, or broken down into many steps (in case you need to step away and get your child off of the curtains).

I hope you find inspiration in my recipes, and a boost of confidence as well.  Stay Calm & Add Butter.

Thanks for including C-Saw Hill. Whatever you need just let us know. Special cuts…..or the plain ol’ Chorizo (my family cooks it in patties instead of breakfast sausage now 🙂

Indeed! My husband Brendan eats the ground chorizo as breakfast patties as well! We had your wonderful pork chops for dinner tonight. Truly amazing!
